Monkeynstix is an AWESOME ancillary activity for the children. We have had the program here for almost 3 years now, and have been nothing but happy with everything going on. The coach is so patient and good with the children and all of the children come back happy from class each week. On a personal note, my child has been enrolled in Monkeynstix since she was 2, and she still gets up each Tuesday morning ready for school, as she anticipates a good time with the Monkeynastix coach. One of our motto’s is “You are entering aministry of excellence”. So when Moneynastix came to us with their Phy-ed program for preschoolers and toddlers , we looked for the same integrity — and found it. Our bodies, being the temple of The Holy Spirit — are just as important as our spirit and mind. Educating parents on the importance is not always easy — especially at the preschool level. However, when parents see the Monkeynastix team in action, they sign their children up. We highly recommend Moneynastix for any preschool program.

About Us

Monkeynastix is a broad-based, holistic program that combines creativity and music with basic training in flexibility, balance, strength, agility, co-ordination and body awareness. Your child will love and learn from each energy-packed session. We are inspired by children and our vision is to see children fit, coordinated, confident and happy

Our Method

  • Monkeynastix offers three separate curriculums for ages 1-2, 3-6 and 7-8
  • A qualified instructor will come to your child's school to present one fun filled session per week.
  • Sessions run for 30 minutes, including a warm-up to music, stretch and tone, and working with specialized, age-appropriate equipment.
