TyFit Classes

TyFit training classes utilizes equipment suited to individual needs and goals. Masters’ expertise in taekwondo is uniquely used to monitor every movement of the client to ensure it is done correctly. The sessions are designed to improve, strength, balance, cardio, stamina and Core. Always keeping in mind your goals and possible limitations, there is a class for you. Groups of 4 -8 can be accommodated based on confirmed attendance.
